Shopify: connection and operations
You connect Shopify yourself — without our team. Connection uses OAuth: click Connect, approve consent in Shopify, and return to the panel. One account handles one Shopify store.

You manage the connection on the Shopify Operator page. Its header previews what you get after connecting: real sync statistics, webhook health, and repair actions. Until the store is connected, the page shows "Shopify is not connected yet" and two buttons: Start Shopify setup to begin connecting, and Open integration hub if you prefer the full integration list. When connected, the same place shows sync stats, webhooks, sync logs, and repair actions (described below). If the store is not connected yet — start here.
How to connect the store
Start connection
In the wizard (Integration step) or at Panel → Integrations choose Shopify
and click Connect Shopify. Ensure the domain is in the format
your-store.myshopify.com — Shopify authorization requires it.
Approve in Shopify
The browser opens Shopify's consent screen. Log in if needed and approve access. This is standard app authorization — you do not give us your store password.
Return and verify
After approval you return to the panel and connection status becomes Connected. Data sync begins from that moment.
What syncs
After connection the panel pulls from the store:
- Orders — enter the queue and qualify for calls.
- Products (catalog) — needed for upsell recommendations.
- Customers — data required for contact and conversation personalization.
Sync runs in one of two modes: webhook (default — instant updates on store events) or polling (fetch on a set interval). Change mode and interval on the Shopify page in the panel.
Connection operations
Open the operator page from Panel → Integrations → Shopify. Tabs include:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Products / features | Preview of synced catalog |
| Settings | Sync mode, order status write-back toggle, reconnect |
| Webhook health | Registered events and re-register webhooks |
| Sync logs | Sync history and Run sync button |
- Re-sync — in Sync logs, pick a type and run sync manually when you want fresh data immediately.
- Re-register webhooks — in Webhook health when store notifications stopped arriving.
- Reconnect — in Settings when authorization expired; for safety you confirm by typing the store domain, then go through Shopify consent again.
Connection states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Loading | Panel is checking connection |
| Not connected | Store not connected yet — connect button shown |
| Ready to connect | Credentials present, final approval missing |
| Pending verification | Connection being confirmed |
| Connected | Working; data syncing |
| Limited | Connection works but last settings write failed — retry in that section |
If webhooks stopped arriving and orders do not appear in the panel, start with Webhook not delivered, then use re-register webhooks.
