Repurchase intents
A repurchase intent is a special order type (order_kind=repurchase_intent)
that an integration partner sends via API when they predict your customer is
ready to buy again — e.g. a product bought 30 days ago is running out.
Order list with filters — where repurchase intents will appear after release. (illustrative screenshot — in progress)
How it differs from a regular order
| Aspect | Regular order | Repurchase intent |
|---|---|---|
| Source | customer placed it in the store | partner predicted it from purchase history |
| Contents | purchased line items | recommended cart + predicted date |
| Bot role | payment confirmation / recovery | repurchase proposal in conversation |
| Outcome | payment/fulfillment status | customer decision: confirmed / changed / declined |
An intent is not a lead — it is a full order in your panel: same qualification filters, same calling rules and consents (DNC always wins), and the call outcome appears in the same orders view.
How it will look in the panel
- on the order list intents get a kind badge to distinguish them from store-placed orders;
- in details you see recommended items, predicted contact date, and recommendation confidence;
- an order-kind filter shows intents only.
What you control vs the partner
The partner sends data (cart, customer, date). You control execution: calling hours and days, retries, DNC, consents, credit budget — the partner cannot relax those settings.
For developers: intent API contract — API → Orders and intents.
