Onboarding wizard step by step

The configuration wizard (Configuration wizard after login) has 8 steps — from welcome to assistant launch. The progress bar at the top shows where you are (e.g. "Step 3 of 8"), and each step saves automatically. You can pause at any time and return later — the wizard resumes from the last saved step.

The biggest difference between store types appears in steps 2–3: platform selection and connection method. Below you have two paths — Shopify and PrestaShop — while shared steps 4–8 are described once with screenshots from both variants.

The screenshots below show real application screens running on demo accounts. Store names, domains, and contact details are examples — they do not come from customers.

If saving a step fails, you will see a message and a Try again button. Your choices stay on screen, so nothing is lost — retry the save or continue and return to that step later.

Map of 8 steps

Step Wizard name What you configure
1 Welcome Nothing — start and overview
2 Store and contact Store name, platform, domain, contact details
3 Integration How orders are fetched (Shopify OAuth / PrestaShop Webservice)
4 Orders and products Order filters, catalog, upsell exclusions
5 Industry Business categories
6 Markets Target countries — select your primary market
7 Configuration Call types, hours, retry rules (per market)
8 Launch Go-live checklist and assistant start

Connector details: Store connection.

Path A — Shopify

Choose this path if your store runs on Shopify. In step 2 select the Shopify card; in step 3 connect via direct API integration (OAuth).

A1. Welcome

Click Let's begin. Configuration usually takes a few minutes.

Shopify — step 1 Welcome Shopify path — welcome. Sample data (demo).

A2. Store and contact

Fill in:

  • Store name — the bot uses it when introducing itself to customers
  • Platform — Shopify card
  • Shopify store domain — format your-store.myshopify.com (not your custom storefront domain)
  • Contact details — person, email, phone (international format, e.g. +1…)

If the store is already connected via OAuth, store fields may be locked and sync automatically.

Shopify — step 2 Store and contact Shopify platform selection and store / contact details. Sample data (demo).

A3. Integration (Shopify)

Recommended method: Direct API integration — automatic sync through the platform API. In the wizard you start Shopify OAuth and authorize the app in the Shopify admin.

Webhook and File export methods are visible but coming soon — they are inactive in the wizard for now.

Shopify — step 3 Integration Order fetch method — direct API (Shopify). Sample data (demo).

A4–A8. Shared steps after Shopify connection

After step 3 continue as in any path: order filters → industry → your target market → voice configuration → launch.

Shopify — step 4 Orders and products Order filters and catalog sync. Sample data (demo).

Shopify — step 5 Industry Industry selection (limit depends on plan). Sample data (demo).

Shopify — step 6 Markets Target markets — select your country. Sample data (demo).

Shopify — step 7 Configuration Call types, hours, and retry rules per market. Sample data (demo).

Shopify — step 8 Launch Go-live checklist and assistant launch. Sample data (demo).

Path B — PrestaShop

Choose this path for a PrestaShop store. In step 2 select PrestaShop; in step 3 configure module + Webservice (recommended) or an assisted variant.

B1. Welcome

Same as the Shopify path — Let's begin.

PrestaShop — step 1 Welcome PrestaShop path — welcome. Sample data (demo).

B2. Store and contact

Enter store name, PrestaShop card, store URL, and contact details with an international phone prefix.

PrestaShop — step 2 Store and contact PrestaShop platform selection and store / contact details. Sample data (demo).

B3. Integration (PrestaShop)

After selecting PrestaShop you get a full integration configuration screen (not just an API method picker). It has three blocks:

  1. Detected configuration — store version, Webservice status, module status, and write-back capability
  2. PrestaShop Webservice configuration — /api URL, re-check, advanced settings
  3. Integration method — recommended Webservice + module, fallback "Webservice only", or assisted / legacy deployment

The wizard may first show a "Checking PrestaShop version" modal — after closing it or on fallback you return to this screen. If the address is not confirmed, correct the URL or pick the version manually (1.6 / 1.7 / 8 / 9).

PrestaShop — full integration configuration screen Full screen after PrestaShop selection: detection, Webservice, and integration methods. Sample data (demo).

B4–B8. Shared steps after PrestaShop connection

PrestaShop — step 4 Orders and products Order filters and product catalog. Sample data (demo).

PrestaShop — step 5 Industry Industry selection. Sample data (demo).

PrestaShop — step 6 Markets Target markets. Sample data (demo).

PrestaShop — step 7 Configuration AI voice configuration per market. Sample data (demo).

PrestaShop — step 8 Launch Go-live checklist. Sample data (demo).

Shared steps 4–8 — what you configure

Regardless of platform, these steps work the same. Only store-derived data differs (order statuses, product tags).

1

4. Orders and products

You set which orders the bot processes: payment methods (e.g. cash on delivery, card, bank transfer) and financial statuses. For COD you specify statuses at which a call should happen. Enable product catalog sync and exclude products from upselling by tags. Customer-type and shipping-method filters are coming soon.

2

5. Industry

Select one or more industries — they shape conversation style and scenario. The active industry limit depends on your plan (the wizard may show e.g. "2/3"). More: Categories and industries.

3

6. Markets

Select your target countries. Each market has a language and time zone; the number of markets depends on your plan. Details: Countries, time zones, markets.

4

7. Configuration

Per market: call types (order confirmation, COD confirmation with upsell, fraud protection; smart upsell is coming soon), business hours, and retry rules (delay after order, attempt count, interval). See Hours and calling days and Retries and DNC.

5

8. Launch

Summary + go-live checklist. You can finish onboarding, but unresolved warnings block a real store launch. When ready: Launch my AI assistant. Conditions: Store readiness and go-live.

After the wizard

SIP configuration (numbers the bot calls from) is not a wizard step — you set it in the panel after onboarding. At least one active SIP market is required for go-live. See SIP and number configuration and Store readiness and go-live.
