Credits: usage and top-ups
Credits are the unit CallBotAgent uses for consumption. Each bot conversation
with a customer spends credits from your balance. Current state is always visible
at Panel → Billing — available, reserved (for in-progress calls), and
used credits.

What consumes credits
Credits are spent mainly on calls the bot handles. Usage history in billing lists operations so you can tie balance changes to specific calls and periods.
Reserved credits are temporarily held for in-progress calls. After the call ends, reservation settles to actual usage; unused portion returns to available balance.
Where credits come from
| Source | Description |
|---|---|
| Plan pool | renews automatically on subscription billing date |
| One-time top-up | buy an extra credit pack anytime |
| Auto top-up | buy a pack when balance drops below threshold |
Plan pool and top-ups sum into one available balance. When the plan pool is exhausted, calls use purchased credits.
Topping up credits
To buy credits once, go to Panel → Billing and choose a top-up pack. Payment goes
through the secure payment portal; after confirmation available balance
increases and the top-up appears in transaction history and on invoice.
Auto top-up
To avoid manual monitoring, enable auto top-up. Set a threshold (when it triggers) and a pack to purchase. When balance falls below threshold the system buys credits from the saved payment method — without interrupting the call queue.
Auto top-up is the simplest way to keep calls running across period boundaries or traffic spikes. You can disable or change it anytime.
Low balance alerts and exhaustion
Low balance triggers an alert and top-up suggestion. If credits reach zero, new calls are paused until top-up — orders wait in queue and resume after balance is restored. Nothing is lost; calling simply pauses.
For continuous calling, set a low-balance threshold with margin and consider auto top-up — otherwise calls stop the moment balance hits zero.
